How to Prepare Couscous

- 1 Part couscous (by volume)
- 1 Part quality chicken stock (by volume)
- ¼ Part Butter (by volume)
- Place the couscous in a mixing bowl
- Add the butter and the hot stock
- Swirl the bowl around to ensure that the couscous is covered with liquid
- Cover the bowl with the lid and allow to stand for 10 minutes
- Separate the grains with a fork, season with salt and pepper and serve
